Big Vik Claw is beta software, provided as-is, with no warranty. Use it at your own risk. Don't do illegal things with it. If you break it, you get to keep both pieces.
This is beta software. Expect bugs. Back up anything important. We reserve the right to change functionality between releases. Your data stays on your machine — see privacy policy.
You bring your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, xAI, etc.). You are responsible for any costs incurred with those providers. We never see, proxy, or store your keys.
When you OAuth into third-party services (Gmail, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Spotify, etc.) via Big Vik Claw, those services have their own terms. You are responsible for compliance with them. We just hold the refresh token locally so the app can make API calls you direct it to make.

Big Vik Claw is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software. If you're unsure whether something is safe to do, don't do it.
The 7-day trial is free. After trial, use requires an unlock code. Unlock codes are one-time purchases validated locally. We do not provide refunds on unlock codes but will refund in good faith if you contact us with a legitimate reason within 14 days of purchase.
We may change these terms. The effective date at the top shows when last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
